Modern Elegance Meets Coastal Serenity - The Sunny Isles Penthouse Transformation

This ambitious project involved a comprehensive interior renovation of a two-story penthouse, originally constructed in the 1990s, nestled in the picturesque Sunny Isles. Our clients, a retired couple, sought to rejuvenate their living space into a modern, uncluttered haven that seamlessly integrates social areas while offering breathtaking views of the Sunny Isles beaches and the intra-coastal waters.

Our approach was to start from scratch, stripping the penthouse down to its bare bones. We removed all existing walls, reconfiguring the space to eliminate the original layout's angular constraints. This strategic redistribution of space allowed us to create a harmonious flow throughout the residence, particularly between the kitchen and dining areas, and to construct a grand entry foyer that offers an immediate, stunning view of the sea.

A key feature in our design was the incorporation of an elevator, providing effortless access to the second floor. This area is dedicated to entertainment, boasting two expansive terraces that offer panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
