Imagine going back in time to 1985 and open the door to the retro style furniture in acrylic, shiny mirrored wall paper and such… This is how this apartment looked when we took it to do our Magic.

This is what often we see in the Miami area, Beautiful water  views but very old outdated apartments.  In this case, the layout was kept intact, with the exception of the opening of the kitchen to create a bar area great for entertaining and in the master bath, that we removed the old tub in favor of a new “wet area” big shower and bench. Beautiful marble floors and wood panels with diagonal design made it happen for this one…
