Susana Stolear - Interior Architecture and Design studio in Miami
 
 

Background

Susana Stolear was born in Caracas, Venezuela. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Susana then went on to start her own firm where she was the lead architect. She designed multiple residential buildings in Caracas and Panama. In 2000, Susana added a new dimension to her career and began designing jewelry. Her pieces were an instant success. Her collections are sold at the most prestigious Latin American stores, and her work has been showcased in several Fashion magazines such as Ocean Drive

In 2007, Susana and her family moved to Miami where she focused on interior design and joined Fanny Haim and Associates. As head of the architectural design department, she led projects around the world including Zhahoxiang Clubhouse and Hotel in Shanghai, China and the renovation of the Williams Island Spa.

Stol Design Group

In 2013 Susana parted Fanny Haim and Associates to start her own interior design service firm, Stol Design Group, where she currently delivers personalized services to each and every one of her clients.

Susy personally manages each project from start to finish. Her main partner is Jacobo Stolear, Chief Executive Officer of Stol Construction Corporation, he is an Engineer in Venezuela and a Certified General Constructor in Miami. Together, Susy and Jacobo cover every angle of the project understanding the space from start to finsh.

Some of our recent projects include the Addison House showroom at the Miami Design district, The Double Tree by Hilton remodel in North Carolina, several apartments in luxury condominiums such as the Porche Tower and the Armani Tower in Sunny Isles Florida.
