The Process
Assessment
In this phase, we will meet to discuss your vision and expectations. After taking into consideration your budget and time frame, our group will draft a proposal to meet your goals.
At this point we will also take measurements of the property to prepare a custom made plan to start our design.
Layout Design
In this phase we will present to you the layout options and begin to brainstorm design concepts. We will also discuss the overall style, colors, and materials for the project.
We will create a preliminary estimate including all the options on your wish list allowing you the opportunity to pick and choose your preferences according to your budget.
Finishes and Permits
The fun begins! My team and I will present to you various options for finishes for your space. We will finalize selections for purchase, prepare the construction documents and start the permitting process. While the permits are being approved, we will select furniture, windows, and lighting.
Execution
During the execution phase we will be on site supervising all aspects of the project so there will be no surprises. We will take care of every detail to make our vision come true.
Installation and Styling
This phase is when everything comes together. The installation and curation process will take place. Furniture, accessories, and art will be placed with great attention to detail. Your dream home will then be ready for delivery.
