Jade Signature

We undertook a full interior redesign of a beachfront apartment in Sunny Isles, Florida. Initially in a "decorator ready" state, the owners wanted an emphasis on sociable spaces and privacy, especially since the private elevator opened directly to the dining room. To address this, we redesigned the entry with a stylish wood and glass panel foyer, transforming one bedroom into a TV den and optimizing the living room with a dual-purpose sofa.

The master bedroom was expanded to fit a king bed, a makeup area, and an added closet. The original laundry space was repurposed into a home office, relocating the laundry to a previously unused room. Drawing inspiration from beach views, our design featured a blend of blues and sand tones, highlighted by marble in dining and bathroom spaces. The result: a blend of elegance and warmth.
